AetherCloud's Terms of Service

Below are the terms of service for my commissions. To work with me you must accept and follow these terms or else be blacklisted from my services in the future- but please note that if you have ANY questions about these terms do not be afraid to ask me!

I'd much prefer you ask me an easy to answer question than accidentally break a rule that causes inconvenience for both of us.

Lastly, please read ALL of my terms of service before commissioning me, as you will have to agree to them before I start your work!

General Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to commission me.

  • You cannot use my art for AI training, NFTS or anything similar.

  • Please do not use my work for commercial use.

  • If you wish to use my art to make personal prints, keychains or something else let me know. It is okay with permission!

Payment Information --- Methods and refund policy

  • All payments are to be made via Paypal or Venmo (unfortunately at this time these are the only two payment methods I have experience with).

  • Payments are to be made using the "goods and services" option on BOTH Paypal and Venmo.

  • The customer is expected to pay in full after the sketch is finalized.

  • Partial refunds can be given if a commission is not completed by the time of cancelation. These refunds will be discussed on a case by case basis.

  • Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given after an illustration is completed.

Commission Process --- Sketches, changes, and finalization

  • I appreciate detailed descriptions with image references of poses, outfits (if applicable) and other themes!

  • I will NOT take commissions based on "character description". You have to have some form of an illustrated reference sheet of your character for me to work with.

  • Requests for changes are always welcome during the process, however there is a minimum of three changes per stage, after this there will be a charge for the changes made.

  • Once the art is done, I can either DM you the image via Instagram or I can email you it, I can also do both!

Do's and Dont's

I will draw...

  • Animals (anthros and ferals).

  • Monsters (werewolves, dragons, demons, etc.).

  • Humans.

  • Simple robots/mecha designs.

  • Gore/violence.

  • None sexual nudity.

  • Simple backgrounds (simple shapes, props, etc.).

  • Pretty much anything that isn't below! :)

I will NOT draw...

  • NSFW (or sexual) themes of any kind.

  • Kink/fetish content (feel free to ask if you aren't sure what classifies!).

  • Hateful content and themes (homophobia, transphobia, racism, xenophobia, abelism, fatphobia, sexism, etc.).

  • Political themes.

  • Zoophile or "MAP" (podophilic) content of ANY kind. You will be backlisted if you request anything of this nature.

  • Complex backgrounds (feel free to ask what is too complex!).

  • Complex mecha/robots, hopefully I can do these in the future!
